We are currently seeking a dedicated, hybrid Speech-Language Pathologists to join our team and make a tangible impact on students' lives within the classroom setting.

The Role

As a school-based SLP, you will be the primary advocate for students with communication disorders. You won’t just be "treating"—you’ll be collaborating with teachers, parents, and administrators to ensure every child has a voice in their educational journey.

Key Responsibilities

Assessments & Evaluations: Conduct comprehensive screenings and evaluations for speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders.

Direct Therapy: Provide engaging, in-person individual and group therapy sessions tailored to student IEP goals.

IEP Management: Develop, write, and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), ensuring all federal and state compliance timelines are met.

Collaboration: Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings (MET/IEP) and provide consult services to classroom teachers to support student success in the general curriculum.

Documentation: Maintain accurate, clinical notes and progress reports via our digital management system.

What We’re Looking For

Clinical Competence: Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.

Licensure: Valid State License in Speech-Language Pathology (or eligibility to obtain one) and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP).

School Savvy: Familiarity with IDEA regulations and the IEP process.

The "Lighthouse" Personality: You are proactive, empathetic, and possess excellent organizational skills to manage a school-based caseload.

Travel: Ability to go onsite 2-3 times per year.
